We opened our doors on Dodds Avenue about a month ago, but we came in with a year of hands-on experience behind the grill and a simple goal: serve Chattanooga honest Mexican food cooked fresh when you order it. We are a takeout kitchen, so there is no dine-in seating here. You call ahead or walk up, we cook, and you take your meal home hot. That setup lets us keep prices low and lines short for folks all over the area. Our menu keeps things focused so we do each thing well. We make tacos, quesadillas, and burritos filled with your choice of steak, chicken, or chorizo, and we are always working on bringing more options to the counter. If you are craving tortas or quesabirria, ask us what we have going that day, because we like to give people what they are hungry for. Everything comes off the grill fresh, never sitting under a heat lamp, and that is the difference you taste in the first bite. Because we are a quick serve spot, we built the whole operation around getting good food into your hands without a long wait. Most orders start around three dollars, and the total shifts a little depending on the size of the meal and what you add to it. We think good food should be easy to afford, whether you are grabbing lunch on a break or feeding the family after a long day. Nothing on our counter is complicated, and that is on purpose. We serve customers coming from Chattanooga, East Ridge, Red Bank, and the surrounding towns, and we are glad to be part of this neighborhood.
